UCCS 101, Nebraska-Kearney 93

The lady Mountain Lions defeated Nebraska-Kearney 101-93 on Feb. 12 at the Gallogly Events Center. The high output of scoring nearly broke the school record of 102, which has been standing since 1994. Sophomore Payden Ackerman led the team in scoring with an impressive 27 points, while freshman Lauren Wolfinger added 20 points. Sophomore Ashley Miller followed with 16 points. UCCS will finish their season on Feb. 26 at Metro State.
